At Ponds R Us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with their original tags attached back into the original shipping box or any secure packaging.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
